The Brand Manager colleague is responsible for shaping and communicating assigned brands’ vision & mission and translating them into effective plans and applicable market strategies to achieve brand awareness and sales objectives, together with the Marketing Manager.
The Brand Manager will be responsible for the assigned brands’ implementation in all business units (retail, distribution, HoReCa) in close collaboration with trade marketing, sales, commercial, web & client support departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develops brand strategy & marketing plan for the assigned bands and is responsible for implementing the marketing plan to secure business growth.
- Establishes performance parameters, cost and price references, market applications and sales growth for planned initiatives.
- Defines concepts and projects/ initiatives with the purpose of increasing brand awareness and sales.
- Leads creative development (briefing, debriefing, feedback etc) that motivates the brands’ targeted audience to ‘take action’, thus creating transactions.
- Identifies and runs consumer, brand & sales analysis with the purpose of increasing consumer satisfaction, brand awareness & sales.
- Measures, analyzes and reports all marketing campaigns' performance and assigns KPIs and return on investment. Follows the communication campaign implementation and eventually adjusts policies according to market evolution.
- Constantly analyzes the brand positioning and consumer insights to uncover what attracts prospects and how we can improve their experience.
- Develops product strategies and oversee market development and consumer needs.
- Closely collaborates with Sales and Commercial Departments to develop strategy, trade plans and promotions, pre-packs and other marketing activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to synchronize marketing plans and thus secure initiatives' success.
- Provide permanent feedback on product quality and propose improvement actions.
- Manages and follows the marketing budget and is responsible for monthly tracking and annual budgeting.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
- Align the company to the brand’s approach, direction and tactics.
- Closely collaborates with business partners & suppliers to develop & implement the brand marketing plan most efficiently for the company.

Other Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role – preferably in retail or FMCG sectors – on the brand side or in an advertising/ marketing agency
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies
- Experience in coordinating creative teams, media agencies, freelancers, production, and other suppliers that are part of the development & implementation process
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns - Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices
- Degree in marketing or a related field
- English – written and oral advanced level of communication
- Office package proficiency: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Experience working with tools such as Slack, JIRA, Miro, Figma is an advantage, but not mandatory
