Essential Skills

Basic understanding of networking concepts: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, routing & switching
Knowledge of Windows Server administration (AD, Group Policy, file shares, roles & features)
Understanding of Microsoft 365 / Azure AD fundamentals
Experience with end-user support (Windows OS, Office applications, hardware troubleshooting)
Familiarity with IT security basics and safe computing practices
Ability to perform system monitoring, basic log analysis, and documentation

Responsibilities

Provide daily operational support for Windows Server infrastructure and network services
Assist in troubleshooting system, network, and application incidents
Act as a first point of contact for end-user support, resolving or escalating issues as needed
Monitor systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability
Execute predefined tasks for ongoing infrastructure and application projects
Install, configure, and maintain systems, software, and hardware as assigned
Participate in patching activities, system updates, and routine maintenance
Prepare and update documentation including procedures, asset lists, and knowledge base articles
Collaborate with senior engineers for complex incidents and technical decisions
Follow internal ITSM/ITIL processes and contribute to continuous service improvement
Optional: On-call availability outside business hours (paid additionally)
